Plan Options

In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2023-2024 academic year. Purchase your Block Meal Plan on the shop section of our website, or if you would like to make a change to the Resident Meal plan you have already selected, you can fill out a request form through your housing portal. *You typically only have 7 days into the start of the semester to request a change to your resident meal plan. If you have questions on changing your meal plan, please contact housing@nicholls.edu

To pay by cash, use your Colonel Cash (I.D. Card), or to purchase a Block Meal Plan see the cafeteria cashier.

**Please note that unused Block Meals are non-refundable and can only be carried over from fall semester to spring semester, or spring semester to summer sessions.

    This plan entitles you to 25 Meals in Galliano Dining Hall. Commuter Plans purchased in the Fall semester will roll over to the Spring semester. Plans purchased in the Spring semester will roll over to Summer sessions. Commuter Plans are non-refundable.

    50 Meal Plan$395.00 plus tax

    This plan entitles you to 50 Meals in Galliano Dining Hall. Commuter Plans purchased in the Fall semester will roll over to the Spring semester. Plans purchased in the Spring semester will roll over to Summer sessions. Commuter Plans are non-refundable.

    This plan entitles you to 100 Meals in Galliano Dining Hall. Commuter Plans purchased in the Fall semester will roll over to the Spring semester. Plans purchased in the Spring semester will roll over to Summer sessions. Commuter Plans are non-refundable.

The Big Munch Plan$500.00 plus tax

 

This plan entitles you to $500.00 Munch Plus to be used at any dining location on campus. When purchasing The Big Munch Plan you will receive 5 FREE meal swipes (over $50.00 value!)

NEVER EXPIRES! Faculty and Staff Meal Plan $212.50 plus tax!

Save over $50.00 when you purchase a Faculty and Staff Meal Plan! The Faculty and Staff Meal Plan provides you with 25 meals in Galliano Dining Hall, where we feature an "all you care to eat" dining format. The Faculty and Staff Meal Plan can be as flexible as you need it to be, as it is good for every meal period. 

You can eat as much as one meal a day, one meal a week, or treat three friends and use four meals at once. Your meal plan can be used at any time meals are served. The Faculty and Staff Meal Plan includes premium dinners such as Thanksgiving Lunch, Christmas Dinner, Lenten Buffet, and more. The best part? It never expires.

Sign up for payroll deduction by completing the form in the dining hall. Half down is due upon sign up. 10% discount does not apply. Deductions may be cancelled only if an employee has been placed on medical leave or separates employment. All requests to discontinue payroll deduction must be made to both Campus Dining Management Office (located in Vernon F. Galliano Cafeteria) and the Human Resources Benefits Office (located in Elkins Hall). Use your Faculty/Staff N Number for the Student Account Number.

Save over $30.00 when you purchase an Alumni Meal Plan! The Alumni Meal Plan provides you with 20 meals in Galliano Dining Hall, where we feature an "all you care to eat" dining format. The Alumni Meal Plan can be as flexible as you need it to be, as it is good for every meal period. You can eat as much as one meal a day, one meal a week, or treat three friends and use four meals at once. Your meal plan can be used any time meals are served. 

The Alumni Meal Plan includes premium dinners such as Thanksgiving Lunch, Christmas Dinner, Lenten Buffet, Jazz Brunch and more. This plan never expires. Before purchasing, make sure you have a Colonel Card.

If you need one, print this Alumni Card Payment Form, head to the Colonel Card office in the student union to purchase your Colonel card and receive your Banner Number.
