Meet the Dietitian

If you are interested in learning more about the benefits of a balanced diet, or if you have dietary concerns, Kelsey Rosenbaum is available for individual nutrition consultations and group presentations. She can be reached at

Kelsey has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Mississippi State University. She completed her dietetic internship and Master of Science in Public Health Nutrition from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

After moving to New Orleans, Kelsey worked with Ochsner’s healthy restaurant initiative, Eat Fit NOLA. She has experience in corporate wellness, weight management, and counseling. Recently, she was named Louisiana’s Recognized Young Dietitian for 2015-2016 and is president of the New Orleans Dietetic Association. Kelsey is also a Master Trainer in food allergens and Celiac Disease and will ensure that all staff is properly trained.

With a passion for food and nutrition, Kelsey believes in empowering people to lead healthy lifestyles through education and access to healthy foods. Her motto of “all foods fit” allows people to eat right while enjoying Louisiana’s great food.
