Faculty and Staff Meal Plans

In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2017-2018 academic year. To purchase a meal plan, or if you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, simply contact campusdining@nicholls.edu

Plan Options 

Cash or Colonel Cash or Resident Meal Plans or Bronze Meal Plan or Block Meal Plans  or Faculty/Staff Meal Plan:

  • 25   Meal Plan - $150.50 + tax
  • 50   Meal Plan - $295.00 + tax
  • 100 Meal Plan - $550.00 + tax

NEW!!! Faculty & Staff Meal Plan (Payroll Deduction Available)

  • 30 Meal Plan - $150.00 + tax

To pay by cash, use your Colonel Cash (I.D. Card), or to purchase a Block Meal Plans see the cafeteria cashier or click on the "shop" tab on this website.  To purchase a Resident Meal Plan or a Bronze Meal Plan, go to the cafeteria office for assistance.

**Please note that unused Block Meals are non-refundable and can only be carried over from fall semester to spring semester or spring semester to summer.

Introducing Nicholls Dining Faculty & Staff Commuter Meal Plans

Our Faculty & Staff Meal Plans are designed for people like you with busy campus lifestyles. Who has time to worry about where and how to afford eating on campus when there are so many other things to worry about? Relax, we know how it feels, so we put together something just for you. Faculty & Staff Meal Plans are good for any meal served in the Galliano Dining Hall. Having a Faculty & Staff Meal Plan is secure, convenient and has value to you.

How do Faculty & Staff Commuter Meal Plans work?

Faculty & Staff Meal Plans are geared specifically to give you better dining value for you dollars when you purchase a meal plan instead of paying cash to eat. Using your Campus ID Card, simply open a meal account.

How do I sign up?

Just ask for a Faculty & Staff Meal Plan form at the front desk/ cashier stand in the dining hall. Choose your plan, then you can begin enjoying the benefits of dining on campus. Or you can simply contact Sodexo Campus Dining Services at (985) 448-4513.

Where can I use my Faculty & Staff Commuter Meal Plan?

Use your all-you-care-to-eat "Block" meals in the Galliano Dining Hall, located in the center of campus. You will find an abundance of delicious foods prepared fresh daily. Our staff prepares a changing menu of specialties including pizza, deli, a full grill, salad bar, and freshly made soups. Daily features include traditional home style meals, fresh cooked pasta and tasty desserts. Need flexibility because you are on the run? Try our "To Go" program, available during all meals.

Important Info

Meal Cards
Selection of a Campus Dining Services Meal Plan entitles you to a Meal Card, which allows you purchasing power equivalent to the plan you have selected.

Lost cards must be reported immediately! Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you, contact the Colonel Card Office located in the Student Union by the post office for assistance.

Dietary Needs
Do you have particular dietary needs? No problem! Our Campus Dining Services Program can accommodate your special dietary requirements. For more information, please contact campusdining@nicholls.edu or call us at (985) 448-4513.
One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
  • Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferrable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.
